Alpha One Automotive Company is a young startup company. Alpha One Motors opened its doors in Round Rock, Texas in February of 2020. It is a great place to find an incredible pre-owned exotic or luxury vehicle. In April of 2021 we added Alpha One Chevrolet-Buick in Rockdale, Texas. The Chevrolet dealership opened early in 1928 and was the first Chevrolet franchise in the area. In June of 2022 we added Alpha One Ford in La Grange, Texas to our growing family of dealerships. The Ford store first opened its doors at its current location in July of 1978. In 1938 the dealership was located in downtown La Grange and was called La Grange Motor Company when tractors were part of the inventory. We need your automotive sales experience to maintain and grow a customer base, identify potential customers, follow-up with existing customers, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom floor to present a professional environment that supports automotive sales.
• Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, purchasing process and consult sales manager as needed.
• Employ strong communication and professionalism to build a rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales.
• Present used and new cars through test drives, demonstrations, and dealership walk-throughs.
• Leverage negotiation skills without compromising customer satisfaction to carry out the sales process following dealership standards and policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is a plus.
• Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting the customer's needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
